Email us with a description of the issue and what browser / device you're using. Screenshots help a lot.
You can delete your account and all your data yourself from the account menu in the app. If that doesn't work for any reason, email us from the address associated with your account and we'll remove it manually.
Use the report button on any set in the Browse tab to flag it for review immediately. If you'd rather not use the app, email us with a link or the set's title and the reason for the report.
