These terms are a plain-language starting point, not a substitute for legal advice. By using QuizCards Studio ("the app", "we", "us"), you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
QuizCards Studio is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, please ask a parent or guardian before creating an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we will delete any account found to belong to a child under 13 upon becoming aware of it — contact us if you believe this applies to you or your child.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu in the app, or by contacting us.
You keep ownership of the flashcard sets you create. By publishing a set to the public Browse tab, you grant other users the right to view and save a copy of it within the app, and you confirm you have the right to share that content.
Don't publish content that is illegal, infringes someone else's copyright or trademark, is harassing or hateful, or otherwise violates the rights of others. We may remove public content or suspend accounts that violate this without notice.
If you believe a publicly published set infringes your copyright, contains illegal content, or otherwise violates these terms, use the "Report" action on the set in the Browse tab, or email us with a link or description of the content and the reason for the report. We aim to review reports promptly and will remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
The Generate feature uses a third-party AI model to turn your notes into flashcards. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated cards before relying on them for studying or sharing them publicly. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of AI-generated content.
QuizCards Studio is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we may modify or discontinue features without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizCards Studio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or study progress. Use the app at your own risk.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
